the room was noisy at times,, but the free evening light meals were awesome! the pool area was great to chill at, and the kitchen had everything we needed. staff was super friendly and helpful too!

The ample space in the Two-Bedroom Suite allowed for comfortable family gatherings and the well-equipped kitchen made meal prep straightforward.

The noisy air conditioning unit located in the master bedroom disrupted sleep somewhat, which might affect lighter sleepers. Furthermore, the lack of a security box in the room felt like an oversight, especially with a full kitchen to manage. Additionally, housekeeping could improve the attention to detail, as some dirty dishes remained unaddressed during the stay.

I found the Dove brand toiletries a pleasant touch. The gym provided a solid workout space with excellent equipment. Breakfast had a great selection, including fresh fruits and real eggs, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in the master bedroom was quite noisy, affecting our sleep. Housekeeping could be more consistent in tidying the kitchen, as I noticed some dirty glasses left behind. Despite these shortcomings, the staff made sure we felt welcomed and appreciated, which added a nice personal touch to our stay.
